Discount Tire

This is a professionally run operation. I had an appointment time but was 15 minutes late. They still took me in and got me out within 45 minutes even though it was a packed Saturday. My new tires look great, the air sensors work and my rims are still pristine. Good jobs guys!

I purchased a set of tires on the Discount Tires website and scheduled an appointment for installation at 9:30 the following morning. I arrived for my appointment fifteen minutes early and was met by Jon in the parking lot. After confirming the tires I bought were a perfect match for my vehicle Jon printed a receipt and told me my vehicle would be ready at 10:08. At 9:50 my vehicle was waiting for me outside the front door. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Excellent experience. I highly recommend Discount Tires.

I visited Discount Tire-storeTXH81- located at 3001 Towne Centre Way in Bryan, Texas for the first time today. I Was asking for a quote for four new Tires that was comparable to the tires I had on my vehicle. They showed me three high-quality tires that they had in stock then rolled them out into the lobby so I could inspect them to see if that was what I was looking for. They provided me details about each tire plus pricing in various ranges. After research with this quote and description, I contacted them and set up an appointment for 8 o’clock the next morning. From past experiences, it takes an extended amount of time to change all four tires. After I arrived, it took a total of 30 minutes to bring my vehicle to the rear remove Four old tires, rotate, balance, And replaced with four brand new tires. The overall experience was phenomenal. The staff members I had a pleasure to work with was the store manager, Frank, Jessica, Hughes, and Dustin. They were all kind and professional. I would recommend anyone in the market for tires to visit this establishment.

I had a great experience at Discount Tire. My low tire warning came on, so I pulled into their tire check lane, and they took care of me right away. The staff was incredibly courteous, quickly filled my tires, and had me back on the road in no time. It’s rare to find such fast and friendly service these days—all with a smile. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience! Rolled in with separated belts in my tire at ten minutes until closing on a Saturday night and the manager was going to get our tire fixed that night if it was an emergency! Fortunately it was not and we opted for a full set of tires, especially after finding that they match Sam's and Costco pricing! They are incredibly professional and kind and really give honest advice. I will be back again and again. The new tires look amazing!
